Real Estate Broker (Team Lead) We’re looking for a highly driven full-time real estate broker to build and grow a top-performing team. You’ll recruit new agents to grow your real estate team, use our training materials to develop high-producing agents and oversee team operations to ensure success. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building successful real estate sales business and now wants to grow a team under our managing brokers guidance. Responsibilities: • Recruit agents to work for you on your team • Find leads and motivate the sales team to get more leads • Do weekly meetings with your team • Leverage our brokerage tools to build your sales team! Qualifications: • Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage • At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company • Superb customer service and communication skills • Need a Real Estate Brokers License Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
