Responsibilities: Operations & Systems • Build and manage workflows and systems • Document processes and improve efficiency CEO Leverage • Manage calendar, inbox, and priorities • Ensure follow-through on all tasks and commitments Database & CRM • Maintain and improve database health • Implement tagging, segmentation, and follow-up systems Listing & Marketing Execution • Coordinate listing launches and vendor scheduling • Execute marketing campaigns (email, social, print) Transaction Oversight • Ensure a smooth and professional client experience Reporting & Accountability • Track KPIs and maintain weekly scorecards • Provide insights to improve performance Behavioral Traits (What Success Looks Like) • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Proactive and solution-driven • Calm under pressure • Strong communicator • High sense of urgency and accountability Growth Path This role is designed to grow into a full Director of Operations position , helping lead systems, people, and long-term business strategy. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Can work on deadline and handle private client information • High school diploma or G.E.D. required Compensation: $60,000
