Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions • Manage listings from consultation through closing with accuracy and professionalism • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up • Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies to support client goals • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment • Leverage company systems and tools to manage leads and grow production • Attend training, coaching, and development sessions to stay current in the market • Uphold compliance standards and maintain integrity in all business dealings Qualifications: • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Excellent customer service and communication skills • An active California Real Estate Broker License is required, or the ability to obtain one • Real estate license required minimum • Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate experience preferred • Strong knowledge of local market trends and contract procedures • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a consistent work ethic and commitment to growth • Comfortable using CRM and transaction management software • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment • Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Compensation: $150,000 at plan commissions
