    Broker Associate Coach Century 21 Top Producers is looking for a licensed real estate professional who is ready to step into a hybrid role as both a Broker Associate and a Coach. This model allows you to grow your own production while guiding developing agents, all within a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will earn rewarding commissions through your personal business while also expanding your leadership presence. If you do not yet hold a broker license, we can support you in completing that requirement. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+ In this combined capacity, you will strengthen your own sales results while coaching agents who enter the office through school partnerships and referral pipelines. You will help them learn proven systems, practice strong client communication, and build consistent habits that lead to measurable growth. At the same time, you will refine your own leadership abilities and play a key role in shaping the professional culture of the office. Responsibilities: • Lead by example through consistent personal production and professional standards • Mentor and guide your agents to improve their business skills and confidence • Recruit and onboard motivated agents to your team • Support team members through transaction oversight and deal strategy • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen systems and accountability • Participate in weekly coaching, training, and business planning sessions • Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and long-term success Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Active state real estate license is required • Ability to obtain a broker license if not currently held • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in residential or commercial real estate • Demonstrated success in sales, listings, or client development • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Commitment to mentoring and helping others succeed • Familiarity with CRM platforms and productivity tools • Positive attitude and drive to grow personally and professionally Compensation: $160,000 at plan
