Responsibilities: • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Superb customer service and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
