Responsibilities: • Mentor and coach agents on business growth and goal achievement • Contribute to office culture and collaboration • Lead small group or one-on-one coaching sessions • Support new agents with systems, models, and accountability • Maintain personal production while expanding leadership impact • Help identify and attract potential agents for the office • Implement strategies that drive consistency and team results • Participate in office meetings, training, and leadership events Qualifications: • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills • Active real estate license with a history of production • Passion for leadership, training, and personal development • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to inspire and hold others accountable • Coachable and eager to grow into higher leadership roles • Organized and consistent in follow-up and business planning Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
