Responsibilities: • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents • Team sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow in sales • Coach and train Qualifications: • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Real estate license required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 at plan
