Responsibilities: • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards • Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales • Team sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow in sales • Coach and train • Team leads Qualifications: • Superb customer service and communication skills • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • A real estate license is required • Broker's license or the ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $140,000 at plan
