Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success • Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies • Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales • Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency • Contribute to both team and individual sales goals • Maintain and grow a high-quality client database • Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • Real estate license required • Income at plan • If you do not have a brokers license, we can help you obtain one Compensation: $160,000+
