Responsibilities: • Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your team • Coach and train Qualifications: • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Superb customer service and communication skills • Real estate license • Broker license or willingness to obtain one • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan
