    Broker Associate – Lead, Build, and Grow We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Broker Associate ready to take on a leadership role and build a team with real momentum and lasting success. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with our recruiting and coaching systems to develop your own group of top-producing agents. You’ll guide their growth through mentorship, training, and consistent support, while expanding your own production in a structure designed to scale. You’ll be backed by proven systems, lead opportunities, and a collaborative team environment that allows you to focus on both leadership and performance. With team commissions and individual production earning potential, this role offers rewarding commissions and the chance to create something bigger than yourself. Responsibilities: • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan
