Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care. • Leverage our extensive lead generation system to connect with potential buyers and sellers, maximizing your sales opportunities. • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance property visibility. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and timely insights. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients. • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in the real estate industry. Qualifications: • Must have NC or SC Real Estate License! • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships. • Ability to leverage lead generation systems to identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers effectively. • Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support. • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients in contract agreements. • Ability to collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. • In-depth knowledge of local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and timely insights. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
