Responsibilities: • Continue to run your Brokerage and agents with additional Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits • Leverage Keller Williams to help your agents and brokerage grow • Use and leverage Keller Williams training to push your agents to do more sales • Perform all brokerage and agent duties as applicable Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License to work with clients and earn commissions • A broker's license is required • If you are a producing team under a brokerage, we can explore team and brokerage benefits • Brokerage must meet production requirements • Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals • Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents, per state compliance • Must live within driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $160,000+ at plan earnings
