    We’re hiring an experienced, professional full-time real estate managing broker to take a real estate team to the next level. You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up your team of agents, and train them to be top performers. Responsibilities: • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards • Display and market real property to possible buyers • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices Qualifications: • Superb customer service and communication skills • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company • Must have a managing broker’s license • Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school • Proven track record of sales is plus • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation • Trustworthy and results-driven • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly
