    Idaho Life Real Estate is growing in size and is hiring a Broker Support Specialist to serve as a trusted behind-the-scenes guide for our agents. This is a part-time position that will transition into a full-time role as the brokerage continues to grow. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, experienced individual who thrives on helping others succeed. You’ll provide contract review, compliance support, and support for both new and seasoned agents, ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and care. Responsibilities: • Review RE-21's, RE-10's, addendums, and other transactional documents for accuracy and completeness • Provide timely and reliable support to agents on contract language, timelines, and compliance • Assist with CMA reviews and provide recommendations to strengthen pricing strategies • Review MLS input forms and listing details prior to publication for quality control • Be available by phone, text, or email during business hours to provide responsive, educational support • Identify trends in agent challenges and collaborate with leadership to improve training materials • Serve as a consistent, encouraging presence in helping agents grow in confidence and capability • This is not a Designated Broker position Qualifications: • Active Idaho real estate license (Associate Broker preferred, not required) • Minimum 10 years of experience in residential real estate • Deep knowledge of Idaho RE forms, timelines, disclosures, and MLS input • Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and understanding of compliance best practices • Strong communicator with a calm, professional, and supportive demeanor • Reliable and responsive during business hours (flexible schedule allowed) • Able to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid as preferred • Personal production is acceptable as long as it doesn’t interfere with support responsibilities Compensation: $35,000 - $65,000 yearly
