We’re hiring a proactive, organized, and self-motivated Broker Support Specialist to join our in-office team at Windermere Northwest Living. With most team members working from separate locations, this role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal oversight. Responsibilities: • Support the creation and distribution of marketing and print materials for listings, events, and agent needs • Assist with social media content, implementation, and final closing promotions • Manage incoming agent and broker requests through internal systems with professionalism and efficiency • Prepare and present engaging visuals and materials for sales meetings, training, and team discussions • Contribute to office and company event success through participation, photography, and internal promotion • Maintain office operations by managing supplies and monitoring branch needs • Facilitate a positive onboarding experience and provide tech support for new agents • Build strong, service-oriented relationships with agents Qualifications: • Previous experience in administrative, marketing, or real estate support roles preferred • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude • Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva (or similar design tools), and common social media platforms • Experience with Wrike or other project management systems is a plus • Reliable, self-directed, and eager to support a high-performing team • Skilled in using digital systems and able to adapt quickly to new technology with ease to support agents and streamline workflow Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
