Responsibilities: Agent Support & Development: • Serve as a trusted advisor and daily resource for agents, providing guidance on transactions, business planning, and professional growth. • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions and conduct regular performance check-ins to support agent goals. • Ensure agents have the tools, systems, and support necessary to succeed. Training & Education: • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs, workshops, and masterminds tailored to varying experience levels. • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices to ensure agents are operating at the highest level of compliance and competency. • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and technology teams to provide relevant, value-driven educational content. Event Planning & Execution: • Plan, organize, and execute brokerage events including educational workshops, client appreciation events, agent recognition celebrations, and community involvement initiatives. • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to ensure event branding, messaging, and logistics align with Corcoran Genesis standards. • Develop creative and engaging events that foster culture, collaboration, and agent retention. Recruiting: • Take full ownership of the agent recruitment pipeline, with an emphasis on proactive, outbound recruiting strategies. • Conduct aggressive cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to prospect and engage experienced agents and new licensees. • Attend and network at industry events, association meetings, and community gatherings to identify and attract talent. • Develop personalized value presentations that highlight Corcoran Genesis' competitive advantages, culture, and support systems. • Maintain an organized CRM to track recruiting efforts and ensure timely follow-up. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. • Transactional experience in real estate is required. • A desire to build an extraordinary brokerage alongside top industry leaders. • Experience with various CRMs and Marketing platforms. • Contacts and connections within the real estate industry. • Be organized and efficient, and have a proven track record of brokerage leadership, coaching, mentoring, or training. • Proven track record in real estate leadership, agent development, and recruiting. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously. • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for agent success and business growth. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000
