Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Provide prompt communication to clients. • Maintain relevant events, deadlines, and reminders for clients. • File new and convert entities, amend articles, and perform other entity-related work with little to no supervision. • Request EINs. • Draft foundational corporate documents (e.g., operating agreements, resolutions, consents, addendums) for attorney review. • Prepare demand letters and cease and desist letters. • Complete applications for government agencies (e.g., liquor licenses, trademark applications, nonprofit filings) for attorney review. • Draft contract term sheets for client agreements. Additional Expectations: • May need to be available for firm events from time to time. Qualifications: • Talented communicator and writer • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic computer skills. • Experience in a law firm setting. Compensation: $25 + hourly
