You’ll partner closely with leadership and agents to monitor performance metrics, spot trends, and ensure our established systems are being used effectively. Working Here • In-person position at our St. Charles office • Standard 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid meal break • Must be comfortable using a computer for most of the workday and engaging with agents directly CompensationBase Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience • Benefits: Eligible for team benefits package (details provided during the interview process) Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: • Monitor agent activity in Lofty CRM and lead systems to identify trends, gaps, and usage patterns • Track key performance metrics (e.g., lead response times, conversion from lead to appointment to close) • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into agent and team performance Systems Adoption & Process Support: • Drive consistent adoption of established workflows, SOPs, and CRM practices across the team • Identify areas where systems are underutilized or inconsistently applied—and support agents in closing those gaps • Act as the go-to resource for helping team members stay aligned to processes and use tools effectively Agent Accountability & Performance Support: • Conduct recurring check-ins with agents to review their activity and ensure process compliance • Use data to guide conversations and offer insight, support, and clarity to help agents stay on track • Collaborate with leadership to escalate ongoing performance concerns when needed Cross-Team Collaboration: • Partner with agents, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure full visibility into the team’s sales pipeline • Support special projects that require data consolidation, system monitoring, or team coordination Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Profile You are: • Experienced in operations, business analysis, or process enforcement (real estate background optional) • Analytical and detail-oriented—you spot inefficiencies quickly and love solving them • Comfortable working with data to tell stories and make decisions • A clear communicator who supports others while also reinforcing expectations • Organized, proactive, and able to stay calm and focused when things get busy • Motivated by creating smoother systems and helping a team operate at its best • Bonus if you have Real Estate experience Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
