This role focuses on working directly with home buyers, showing properties, and helping clients navigate the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing. Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to understand their home search needs and goals • Schedule and show homes to prospective buyers • Assist clients with property tours and provide market insight • Guide buyers through the purchase process from showing to closing • Maintain communication with clients, lenders, and transaction coordinators • Follow up with leads and active buyers • Stay knowledgeable about the local real estate market and available listings Qualifications: • Active real estate license required, or close to getting one • Strong communication and client service skills • Ability to manage multiple showings and client relationships • Professional, organized, and dependable • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed Compensation: $125,400 - $225,000 yearly
