Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Follow the team plan • Collaborate and work with lenders to deliver top notch open houses Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $150,000 at plan
