The #1 Residential Real Estate Investment Company is looking for a motivated person to help find investment properties, build relationships with sellers, and network with other real estate investors for investment properties. This role combines networking, deal sourcing, and possibly meeting directly with sellers. Base plus bonuses Responsibilities: • Attend local real estate networking events • Build relationships with realtors, wholesalers, and investors • Search the MLS and other sources for potential investment deals • Help grow and maintain our buyer network • Present potential deals to our team and assist with matching buyers • Assist our Property Closer with paperwork and communication leading up to closing Qualifications: • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized and able to track deals and contacts • Self-motivated and comfortable networking with new people • Interest in real estate investing is a plus Compensation: $40,000 yearly
