Team Resources Include: • Consistent buyer leads • Turnkey structure and support • In-house marketing team • Two full-time administrative assistants • Dedicated listing coordinator • Accessible, engaged manager • Weekly training and coaching • Ongoing development opportunities Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan
