Team Resources Include: • Steady flow of buyer leads • Proven structure and full support • In-house marketing team • Two full-time administrative assistants • Dedicated listing coordinator • Accessible, involved manager • Weekly coaching and training • Ongoing skill development • Collaborative OC based office environment Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $155,000 at plan
