You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Holding yourself accountable for your actions and working to continuously grow your real estate business • Setting goals to push your business further Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome • Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem! We teach in-house!) Compensation: $101,000 at plan earnings
