Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Obtain a California real estate license if not already licensed • Prospect for potential buyers and investment properties • Follow the structured team plan and proven models • Coordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes • Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate smooth transactions • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and other outreach methods to build a strong sales pipeline Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Natural grit and drive to show up daily with consistency • Willingness to complete in-house training and coaching programs • California real estate license, or the ability to obtain one promptly • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Awareness of local commercial market trends and opportunities • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required • Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $160,000 at plan
