Responsibilities: • Guide buyers through every step of the purchase process with expertise and confidence. • Conduct property searches, showings, and market research to match client needs. • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of buyers. • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing steps with precision. • Maintain consistent prospecting, follow-up, and client communications.
