    Real Estate Buyers Agent - 30+ Leads Provided Monthly, in addition to a 30K lead database you can work from using technology and AI to help you work with ready-to-transact clients! Upside income potential with a good work ethic and our proven training system. We have top funnel Zillow Leads, Direct Website Leads, many other lead sources, and Social Media Leads wanting to view homes daily. If work/life balance the first thing you think of in what you want for your next job, real estate isn't the answer if you want to make money at it, and have a long career. You have to be willing to work long hours 7 days a week at times. You must always be available to answer your phone. The clients are not on your schedule unfortunately. You may have just sat down to dinner, or jumped in the shower, or started your kids birthday party, and than boom your phone rings with a client looking to buy. This lead may have cost us as much as $3,000 to send your way. Let that sink in. If you have an personal event, then it's not the time to be on a lead shift, or you should partner up with another one of our agents to handle your incoming calls or leads. Commission Splits - If the first question out of your mouth is what is your splits? You just told us everything we need to know, and that typically ends the interview. The correct question to ask is how many transactions do I need to in order to reach my financial goal of "X". Then the next question is, do you have a plan for me to reach that? Our next question back to you will be, what are you willing to do in regards to hours and days per week to reach that goal? How many phone calls are you willing to make in order to build relationships with prospects to earn their trust, in order to transact with you? Compensation- $100,000 Plus Per Year at Plan with 2 Closings Per Month Responsibilities: • Intake of new leads/opportunities during “lead shifts”. Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget. Work to secure an initial meeting • Use our state-of-the-art CRM tool that utilizes artificial intelligence to help you stay on top of prospects and follow up in a timely manner to increase the conversion ratio above industry standards. Our agents work smart and convert at a much higher rate than industry standards, allowing them to have a better work-life balance • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Consult as an industry-leading professional to prospective buyers and guide their journey of property ownership • Prepare market analysis reports and provide detailed analytics to prospects • Prepare purchase agreements, work with lenders to secure financing for clients, negotiate property sales between buyer and seller, attend inspections, and attend closings with homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Continually attend sales meetings and training as we help you grow and achieve the success you want and desire in 1/2 the time as any other brokerage • Utilize our transaction coordinators to assist you in closing more deals and protecting you from any liability, and the clients Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Florida Real Estate License and in good standing with the DBPR • Must currently reside in the Volusia County Market to be considered • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by an attitude of excellence • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to work in a full-time capacity • Must be tech-savvy and able to navigate various software packages in order to maintain profitable client relations • MUST BE DRIVEN TO HELP OTHERS • Must maintain and present an extremely professional appearance at all times Compensation: $100,000 + yearly at Plan
