Responsibilities: • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience • Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception • A commitment to professional growth and education • High level of commitment to embrace real estate technology and social media • A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make $100,000+ Compensation: $175,000 yearly
