What We Provide • Consistent lead flow • High-level training and mentorship • Proven systems for client service and conversion • Reputable brand, strong marketing, and full-time support • Access to a vetted network of lenders, vendors, and partners • A culture built on collaboration, professionalism, and results Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Work with warm inbound leads —no cold calling required • Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs • Show homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of clients • Stay knowledgeable about local market trends and communities • Attend team meetings, daily huddles, and skill-building sessions • Maintain communication and task updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) • Represent the team professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active California Real Estate License (required) • At least 1 year of buyer representation experience preferred • Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and people skills • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed • Self-starter with high standards, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic • Familiarity with the Santa Barbara market or willingness to learn quickly • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRMs and social media • Committed to ongoing growth and personal development
