We’re hiring a motivated, high-energy Real Estate Buyer’s Agent to work with qualified leads and help buyers successfully navigate the home-buying process from first conversation to closing. In this role, you’ll engage with motivated buyers and sellers, assess client needs, and follow up consistently using proven systems to convert opportunities into closed transactions. Responsibilities: • Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them from consultation to closing • Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven sales systems • Deliver a world-class client experience that generates repeat and referral business • Host team open houses and convert attendees into clients ( you keep the leads ) • Keep CRM, calendar, and client notes updated to maximize appointment flow Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability with a strong desire to grow income and production • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills • Comfortable using CRM tools, technology, and digital systems • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people • Prior sales experience is a plus, but drive, coachability, and work ethic matter most Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
