Responsibilities: • Meet with warm buyer leads and build lasting client relationships • Schedule and conduct showings, open houses, and buyer consultations • Advise clients on local market trends and homebuying strategies • Guide buyers through financing options and the offer process • Negotiate purchase agreements to help clients win deals • Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to closing • Maintain CRM follow-ups and work a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience as a real estate or buyer’s agent preferred • Active South Carolina Real Estate License • Knowledge of the local Charleston real estate market • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage and convert leads • Highly motivated, organized, and committed to client service Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
