    Hi, I’m Sarah Reynolds, CEO of EmpowerHome—and I have a buyer referral waiting for you. Right now, we’re experiencing an overflow of ready-to-act buyer appointments and don’t have enough agents to serve them all. That’s where YOU come in. These aren’t just internet leads. These are serious buyers generated from our reverse prospecting system and vetted by our inside sales team, who book actual appointments with motivated clients. Last week alone, each of our agents received 2–3 warm buyer appointments... and we still couldn’t keep up with demand. If you're licensed in real estate and ready to hit the ground running, this is your opportunity to plug into a proven system and get face-to-face with buyers who are ready to make a move. Responsibilities: • Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them from consult to close • Maintain weekly contact and consistent follow-up using our proven systems • Deliver a world-class experience that drives referrals and repeat business • Host team open houses (you keep the leads!) • Keep your CRM and calendar up to date to maximize appointment flow • Attend weekly sales meetings and Academy training to sharpen your skills Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Active Real Estate License • Full-time availability and hunger to grow • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital systems • A positive, solution-oriented mindset and passion for helping people • Prior sales experience is a plus—but drive and coachability are what we value most Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
