Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the process • Explain mortgage options, budgeting, and market conditions • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and closing documents • Serve as the main point of contact from consultation to closing • Coordinate and attend showings, tours, and open houses • Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows • Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals Qualifications: • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required) • 1+ year of real estate or sales experience preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Full-time availability and career commitment • Coachable, motivated, and goal-driven Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
