Buyer’s Agent – Team Lead Opportunities We’re looking for a motivated Buyer’s Agent to join a high-performing team with consistent lead flow and real support. In this consultative role, you’ll work directly with pre-qualified buyers—guiding them through each stage of the home buying process, from first contact and showings to negotiation and close. You’ll be backed by experienced team leaders, proven systems, and a strong administrative foundation so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients make confident decisions. Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $140,000 yearly at plan
