Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan
