Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
