Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $150,000 at plan
