Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $155,000 at plan
