Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Lead follow-up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Show a track record of real estate success • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $145,000+
