Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Team Sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer lead generation • Closing sales • Objection handler mastery • Set buyer appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $165,000 at plan commissions
