Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close buyer sales • Set appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Real estate license required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
