Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Pursue new business through lead-generation activities • Quickly respond to customers' inquiries • Provide reliable customer service Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities • Can rapidly adapt to real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Aptitude to learn and work with a team • Must possess (or be working towards) a real estate license (assistance will be provided) Compensation: $77,064.70 - $125,000
