You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Pursue new business through lead-generation activities • Quickly respond to customers' inquiries • Provide reliable customer service Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Show a track record of real estate success • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Has exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities • Can rapidly adapt to real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Aptitude to learn and work with a team • Must possess (or be working towards) a real estate license (assistance will be provided) Compensation: $77,064.70 - $125,000
