Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Pursue new business through lead-generation activities • Quickly respond to customers' inquiries • Provide reliable customer service Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities • Can rapidly adapt to real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Aptitude to learn and work with a team • Must possess (or be working towards) a real estate license (assistance will be provided) Compensation: $77,064.70 - $125,000
