Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Valid Real Estate License Required Compensation: $120,000+
