You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications: • Real-estate license or pursuing required • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Display a people-oriented, positive and client-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, mindset, systems and technologies • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $150,000 at plan earnings
