This is a structured, fast-track opportunity designed for an agent with 3+ years of experience who wants to transition from transactional sales into a Co-Leadership role with guaranteed profit-sharing and equity alongside our founder, Tomi, and partner, Megan. You will be trained directly by the founder and co-partner. • The Opportunity: This role is designed to take a diligent agent from 5+ deals per year to a profit-sharing leader by leveraging our brand, database, and established strategy. WHO YOU ARE: The Agent Ready for Scale You have the license and the hustle, but you need the system and the clear path to ownership. • Active Arizona Real Estate License (Non-negotiable). • Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate with a closing history of 5+ transactions annually. You know the fundamentals; we will teach you how to scale and lead. • Growth Mindset: You are coachable, dedicated to our systems, and hungry to transition into team leadership. Compensation & Clear Path to Equity We offer a transparent split that maximizes your earnings while providing the leads, training, and a future you can own. High-Leverage Commission Splits: We operate on a clear, effort-based structure that significantly rewards results. Splits range from 50% to 60% to the agent for qualified opportunities generated by our systems and your SOI. (Full split transparency will be discussed during your interview.) Financial Advantage: No desk fees, no required technology fees, and no split required until your first closing. You keep more of your money. Minimum Goal: 12 transactions annually. Your production ceiling is determined by your commitment. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU'LL DO (Focus on Conversion & Leadership) You will be leveraging our proven system to focus on high-value activity and training. • Convert & Close (Primary Role): Use our systems to efficiently convert and manage the team’s existing pipeline and appointments. • Advanced Training: Receive direct, personalized mentorship from Tomi and Megan, focusing on high-value client management and team systems. • Client Experience: Represent buyers and sellers with confidence, heart, and the follow-through expected of our brand. • Leadership Track: Begin training to mentor newer agents and contribute ideas for scaling the business alongside the current partners. THE 5-YEAR EQUITY TRACK: Your Path to Co-Ownership • Year 1-2 (Leveraged Agent): Focus on maximizing production and mastering team systems. • Year 3-5 (Junior Partner): Transition into a formalized Profit-Sharing structure and begin the phased buy-in to the business’s assets. • Year 5+ (Full Partner): You will be a Co-Managing Partner alongside Megan, running the legacy brand as the founder, Tomi, transitions to an advisory role. PARTNERSHIP ASSESSMENT & COMMITMENT 60-Day Mutual Trial: The initial 60 days serve as a mutual assessment period to ensure a perfect fit for a permanent leadership role and the commitment of our 30+-year legacy. Qualifications: WHAT YOU NEED • Active Arizona real estate license (non-negotiable) • Preferred 3+ years of industry experience • Preferred closing 3-5 deals minimum a year • A database of at least 300 contacts (or the drive to build one fast) • Consistent daily prospecting habits—calls, texts, videos, follow-ups • Willingness to attend team meetings, events, and quarterly planning sessions • A growth mindset and a hunger to learn • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility • The ability to balance being direct and empathetic (our exact vibe) Compensation: $125,000
