You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us Qualifications: • Should have or be pursuing a real estate license • Track record of successful real estate sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience • Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the State of Utah with a proven track record of compliance and ethical conduct • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in real estate sales as a Buyer's agent with a minimum of 1 year of experience. A consistent and verifiable sales record is highly desirable • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders is vital for success in this role • Customer Service: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Must be responsive, proactive, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations • Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals • Self-motivated: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative. Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Presentable and professional in appearance with excellent interpersonal skills • Continued Education: Willingness to stay informed about industry regulations, and best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends. The ability to provide informed advice to clients and stay updated on market changes is crucial • Valid Driver's License and Car: Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings • Must be able to work full-time in the industry Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
