You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Real-estate license or pursuing required • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception • A commitment to professional growth and education • High level of commitment to embrace real estate technology and social media • A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make $100,000+ Compensation: $175,000 yearly
